DateTimeInput from @prepared911/ui/date-time-input collects one instant. Segments follow the locale. A popover holds the calendar and the time field under it, with required Reset and Apply (applyLabel, resetLabel). Edits in the panel change only a draft until Apply. The public confirm prop is removed in CORE-1460. The value is a Date. timeZone names the zone the segments read and write. The component does not convert through a helper in the app; pass the zone on the field.
